Sabō Taikaian uses local sweet potatoes as well as tea leaves cultivated by Wakoen in nearby Shibushi using organic fertilizers and as little pesticide as possible. It has a tea aroma and a moderately astringent taste followed by a pleasant sweetness giving it a high-quality taste.
